FollowUp App – Account and Data Deletion

FollowUp App allows users to permanently delete their account and associated data at any time. This page explains how account deletion works and what data is removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the FollowUp App
Go to Profile
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion request

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Data is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Firebase Authentication account credentials
User profile data stored in our database (Firestore)
Interview tracking data and activity records
Associated user preferences and app settings

Data Retention

Personal user data is deleted immediately after account deletion.
Some anonymous analytics data may be retained for product improvement.
No personally identifiable information is retained after deletion.

Authentication Providers

FollowUp App uses Firebase Authentication and Google OAuth for secure authentication. Your Google password is never stored by FollowUp App.
